Moving Forward

Sometimes we wake up one morning hoping that today we will do something unusual, amazing and extraordinary. We filled up with spirit and hope, thoughtful mind that we will actually nailed the day.

When it turned out to be an usual boring day full of routines, and stuff you see almost everyday without the highlight of the day, you began to wonder what's wrong with it.

Is it because the people around you?
Is it because your colleagues?
Is it because your lover?
Is it because your family?
Or is it all because of yourself?

We tend to blame people for whatever's caused our goals to not be achieved, assuming that ourselves have done the exact right thing and nothing's wrong with our action. We tend to seek the fault from outside, saying that 'If only he... If only she... If only them...' repeatedly without even spend a second to try to think something like 'What if I...'

So is it your fault that your mother is now needy? Is it your fault that your lover complain a lot about this relationship? Is it your fault that he's thrown with accusation like, for example, subtle flirtation? Is it your fault that your sister seldom come home in holiday? Is it your fault that your business has lack of progression? Is it your fault that everything seems untrue, wrong, inappropriate?

Sometimes we wake up one morning hoping that today we will do something unusual, amazing and extraordinary but sometimes you just need to let it alone and move on. Because moving forward is the only recipe to live in this cruel world.
